In TRENDS, we are committed to meet customer satisfaction. Please carefully read our return policy. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We DO NOT offer refunds instead, we offer store credit. Refunds to the original form of payment are not performed under any circumstance. Returns are refunded via store credit, only. Trends does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date merchandise was shipped to customer. If 14 days have gone by and you did not complete return shipment for return, unfortunately we can't offer you a store credit. To be eligible for a store credit, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same conditions that you received them. Item(s) must be in their original packaging and have original hangtags attached. Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear and returned in their original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: swimsuits, products that are intimate, bodysuits, club-wear, fancy dresses, jewelry and accessories, headwear, sale or discounted items and Gift Cards.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of initial shipping date.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted ( if applicable )
To complete your return and receive a store credit, we require a receipt of proof of purchase. We will not be responsible if:
- any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Note: Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. Returned drop-offs are NOT accepted at Trends retail-stores.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and you will be issued a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card
RETURNED TO SENDER & REFUSED PACKAGES
This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery. Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge.
We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information ( if applicable ) are critical to ensuring delivery.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, and it is damaged; please follow our return policy guideline. Once received and if approved, a Gift Card will be issued to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a Gift Card to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
